Overview
Method Insurance Services LLC, (hereinafter "Company") has organized and sponsored a promotion (hereinafter “Promotion”) in which Company will gift $50 (hereinafter "Prize") to any registered and contracted producing agent ("Producer") for each new workers’ compensation insurance policy worth at least $5,000 in premium which becomes effective through March 31st, 2024 (hereinafter "Entry"). Moreover, one Entry from all qualifying entries will be chosen at random, the Producer who submitted that Entry shall win $5,000. The Promotion is regulated by the Promotion Rules (hereinafter “Rules”). Participation in Promotion constitutes the Participant’s agreement and acceptance of these Rules. All federal, state, local, municipal laws and regulations apply.

Eligibility
Promotion is open to licensed insurance agents who are employed by agencies contracted by the Company (hereinafter "Agency"), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry (hereinafter "Participant"). The promotion is only open to legal residents of the United States, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Method Insurance Services and other companies associated with the promotion of the promotion, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion. The promotion is subject to all federal, state, local, municipal laws and regulations.

Promotion Period - start and end date
Only new insurance policies worth at least $5,000 in premium that bind with Method Insurance to take effect on or before March 31st, 2024 constitute a valid Entry. Entries posted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified.

Entry rules

1. Participant must register for the Promotion in order to be eligible to participate.
2. Each new policy worth at least $5,000 premium bound and inforce with the Company during the Promotion Period counts as one Entry.
3. The registered Participant must be the Producer listed on the Acord 130 accompanying a valid Entry.
4. Renewals of existing policies do not count towards Entry.
5. Participant may enter as many times as they wish during the Promotion Period.
6. In the event that an Entry is shared by more than one Participant, it is the responsibility of the Participants' Agency to divide the Prize between Participants at the Agency's sole discretion.
7. Incomplete Entries or ones which do not meet the rules, requirements, and specifications will be disqualified. Any attempt to circumvent Rules will result in immediate disqualification from Promotion.

Rights Granted by Promotion Participants
By entering Promotion the Participant understands and agrees that Company and/or anyone acting on behalf of Company has the right, where permitted by law, to use the Participant's name and submitted materials for any promotional purposes without limitation and without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Disclaimer of Responsibility
Company is not responsible for problems with Promotion entries, including but not limited to, entries which are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or cannot be completed due to electronic or technical difficulties, even if the problem is the result of the sole or partial negligence of Company.

Prizes

1. All Participants who meet eligibility requirements of the Promotion (hereinafter “Winner”) will receive $50 in a cash equivalent form determined at the sole discretion of the Company (hereinafter “Prize”.)
2. One entry from all qualifying entries will be chosen at random to win $5,000 in a cash equivalent form determined at the sole discretion of the Company (hereinafter “Grand Prize”.)
3. The Prize and the Grand Prize cannot be substituted for another prize, and is non-transferable. Prize-related expenses including all federal, state, and local taxes represent the sole financial responsibility of the Winner. Prize is given with no written, express, or implied warranty. Acceptance of Prize gives Company permission to use Winner’s personal details and submitted content for advertising purposes without further compensation, unless it is prohibited by law.

Winner Notification
Winner will be notified by the email address provided upon registration for the Promotion. Acceptance of Prize given in this promotion is in accordance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If Winner is disqualified for any reason, Company is not obliged to provide an alternate prize or extend the promotion Period in any way, and all privileges as Winner will be terminated immediately. Participants who provide false, fraudulent or deceptive entries or who engage in false, fraudulent or deceptive acts in connection with the promotion will be disqualified and subject to criminal prosecution.

How to Claim the Prize
The Company will mail the Winner’s Prize to the address on file for the Agency with the Company no later than 60 days after the end of the Promotion. No further action required of Winner.

Terms & General Conditions
Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or any other cause affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage the donation process and the legitimate operation of Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

Limitation of Liability
By participating in Promotion, The Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Promotion; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of submissions.

Disputes and Arbitration
THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Tennessee having jurisdiction.

Hosting Platform
Company may utilize Facebook, LinkedIn or other social media online platforms to promote sweepstakes or giveaways. The Participant understands and agrees that any such promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, LinkedIn or other hosting platform.
